I. Police
• Ordinance for specialists will be on the agenda
• Charges have been filed in the Rest Haven urn thefts
II. Fire
• Update for the FF/M hiring process
o Fire Dept is having the Police Dept run background checks and then will recommend candidates to the hiring committee. They hope to do this prior to the February meeting for a hire.
• Sale of old T 40
o Ordinance to sell to Tate Township for $25,000 will be on the agenda
III. Recreation
• Fitness Center staffing
o Dave Nichols provided the committee his recollection of the process/conversations of what has happened up to this point. Jack advised the committee that Tri-Health will be attending the council meeting to contest the council decision.
